WintWorks aggregates publicly available job listings for the United States. Listings are provided for informational purposes only and are displayed with links to the original employer's application page.

2. No employment relationship; no vetting

WintWorks is not an employer, recruiter or employment agency. We do not verify, vet, endorse or guarantee any listing, employer, salary or job offer. You are solely responsible for evaluating jobs and employers. Always be cautious of requests for payment or sensitive personal information during a job application.

3. Intellectual property

The WintWorks name, logo, design and code are our property. Job listings remain the property of their original publishers/employers. You may not scrape, republish or resell the Site's content or data without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access, overload, or disrupt the Site; (c) use automated tools to mass-extract listings contrary to Section 3; (d) misrepresent yourself or a job posting.

The Site contains links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content, accuracy, or practices.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Listings may contain errors or become outdated.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WintWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Site, including decisions made or actions taken based on listings.
